I understand you might be somewhat apprehensive about buying a cue online. I fully understand and want to help make the process as positive as possible. I offer the following: 

Call and order your custom cue.

Upon receiving payment (see payment policy) your cue will be insured and shipped within 48 hours. Signature confirmation is required for all orders to confirm delivery. After you receive your new cue you have 48 hrs to do a visual inspection, verify cue performance (see Cue Inspection) and return if dissatisfied in any way with quality, appearance or performance.  E-mail or phone confirmation of the return must be obtained prior. Signature confirmation and insurance is required for all returned orders to confirm delivery. Once I receive the cue and complete a visual inspection to verify no damage, I will provide a complete refund less shipping and insurance within 48 hours.
